How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer FREE express shipping on Australian orders over $100.
For domestic orders under $100:
- $12 Express Shipping
- $8 Regular Shipping
For international orders, a flat rate of $30 AUD applies.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most detailed and up to date information, we recommend tracking your parcel directly through the courier.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 24hrs.

What is PVD 18K Gold Plating?
18K PVD Gold Plated Jewellery is made by coating a base metal (such as stainless steel) with a layer of 18K gold through a process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) plating. PVD plating is a high-tech process that involves depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of the base metal using a vacuum coating process. This creates a layer of gold that is more durable and long-lasting than traditional gold plating. Our jewellery is hypoallergenic, durable and water safe.
How do I care for my Le Coeur Jewellery?
To extend the lifetime of your Le Coeur Jewellery, we recommend avoiding oils and detergents. We suggest removing when exercising, in saunas or in hot baths. Exposure to fresh water is suitable (not salt or chlorine) but we suggest cleaning after each use. Clean your plated jewellery with a soft cloth or a dry cotton ball to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired and store in a dry environment.
Is Le Coeur Jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead free, and suitable for sensitive skin.
RETURNS
Can I return my item?
Yes. We can issue you with 110% store credit on unworn items in original packaging within 10 days of receiving your order.
Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
